Make a dash for charity

Twenty First Century Sports (TFCS) will be organizing the One Mile Dash: New Year Bash, an event to raise fund for a charity home in Kuala Lumpur on Dec 31. The event is sanctioned and supported by the Federal Territory Amateur Athletics Association (FTAAA).

Entry fee is RM15 for adults and RM7 for juniors aged 18 and below. Registration forms are available at the FTAAA office in Wisma OCM, For information, call 03-2715 2853. Or you can download the form here:

Innovative footwear brand Crocs are offering prizes worth RM46,000 for the One Mile Dash: New Year Bash event. The one-mile dash, to start in Jalan Doraisamy (Heritage Row) and end at Dataran Merdeka, is an effort by Twenty First Century Sports to contribute a substantial amount to Rumah Sejahtera Warga Tua (MPKSM) in Kuala Kubu Baru.

Event Details:
7.30pm @ Heritage Row for 8pm start

VIOBA Family Bowling Tournament 2009

Date: Sunday, 18th January 2009
Time: 10am - 4pm
Place: Ampang Super Bowl, Berjaya Times Square

This tournament is open to everyone related or affiliated with Victoria Institution. i.e. Old Boys, Parent Teacher Association (PIBG) & present boys. There will be 2 categories for the tournament; Inter Batch & Victorian's Family.

Top 2 teams from Old Boys (Inter Batch Category) will represent VIOBA in the Annual Inter Alumni Bowling Tournament.

Tournament Details:
- 4 players per team for 3 games
- Registration/Participation Fee of RM160 per team (RM40 per pax)
- Prizes for:
a) top 3 teams per category (Inter Batch and Family)
b) Overall best score for men & women
c) Highest score per game for men & women
